Press & Media Intern / Volunteer

Role Overview:

We are looking for dedicated volunteers with a journalism background to join our Delegate & Press Team. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring comprehensive coverage of the festival. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering itineraries and organizing press content to ensure that the event receives the attention it deserves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Itinerary Planning:

  • Develop and manage detailed itineraries for delegates and press members attending the festival.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of scheduled events.

• Press Content Organization:

  • Organize and manage press content to ensure comprehensive coverage of the festival.

  • Work closely with media representatives to facilitate interviews and press conferences.

  • Draft and distribute press releases and other media materials as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in journalism or related field.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in event planning and media relations is a plus.
