Role Overview:


The Event Management and Planning Intern will focus on organizing and coordinating events, both virtual and physical, to promote our film festival. This role involves planning event logistics, coordinating with partners, and contributing to our overall event strategy. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to ensure our events run smoothly and engage our audience effectively.

Must be able to work in Chinese


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and physical events.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and equipment setup.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop event promotion strategies.

  • Communicate with event partners, sponsors, and participants to ensure seamless coordination.

  • Assist in creating and distributing event materials, such as invitations, programs, and promotional content.

  • Monitor and analyze event performance and feedback to improve future events.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for engaging events.

  • Ensure all events are on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with event planning and coordination.

  • Basic understanding of content strategy and audience engagement.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Passion for film, nature, and/or animals is a plus.
