Social Media - Video Editing and Short Video Production

Role Overview:

The Video Editing and Short Video Production Intern will focus on creating engaging short videos for our social media platforms. This role involves editing video content, creating short films, and contributing to our overall social media strategy. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage our audience.

We are looking for people to join both our UK and China Team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce short video content for social media.

• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop video content strategies.

• Assist in planning and scheduling social media content.

• Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for video content.

• Ensure all video content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

• Strong understanding of video production techniques and storytelling.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

• Basic understanding of content strategy and audience engagement.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Passion for film, nature, and/or animals is a plus.
