Curator Statement

This is a collection of a fusion of fantasy, experimental, and mockumentary films. Through minimal dialogue and unique audiovisual elements, this collection of short films takes us on a journey exploring the intricate relationship between humans and animals. The active pigs captured on surveillance footage, the enigmatic giant fish from ancient Chinese mythology, and the flickering fragments of insect bodies intertwine as clues and symbols, leading us into what kind of sensory vortex?
